We unveil the second chef to cook at the Winter Gastronomy event

Next up on the truly decadent Winter Gastronomy evening line up is Executive Chef Chris Wheeler. It’s a pleasure to host another gastronomic event at Beachside Grill with talented chefs such as Chris.

His celebrated culinary roots include head of the kitchen at award winning Stoke Park in Buckinghamshire, UK ambassador for the Quality Standard Mark Beef and Lamb Scheme and he recently formed a chef consultancy.

As well as earning the title Hotel Chef of the Year at the Hotel Catey’s in 2016 and appearing on cookery shows such as Saturday Kitchen, Sunday Brunch and Great British Menu, Chris has recently launched a debut cookbook The Ginger Chef Served Up.

The seasoned chef is set to wow diners with his culinary excellence on the night.
