The temperature is starting to drop, the woolly knits are out, and we’re starting to daydream about blanket-clad walks along the golden sands of Saunton and warming suppers with friends.
Thankfully, Beachside Grill is catering for all your seasonal and gastronomical needs this winter. We’ve changed our opening hours to adjust to the shift in season, so whether it’s a pep-me-up steaming cup of organic coffee in the morning before a run on the beach, a relaxed lunch of foodie thrills post-dog walk or a sumptuous supper amid deliciously fruity cocktails with friends come evening – we’ve got all the bases covered.
There’s something intoxicatingly good about wrapping up warm, breathing in lungsful of crisp salty sea air on our restaurant terrace with a glass of something warming in hand, all the while gazing out at sea as the sun dips below the horizon.
Accompanied of course, with fresh-from-the-grill eats such as the Exmoor Beef Salad with cos, red onion, blue cheese ranch dressing, rocket and truffle. Or, warming comforts like the Mac & Cheese with toasted sourdough – best followed by a prettily plated pud like the luscious Normandy Apple Tart.
We also offer scrumptious vegan and vegetarian options, using carefully sourced ingredients, such as the Lentil & Broad Bean Tabbouleh with ras el hanout, BBQ aubergine, black garlic and hazelnut.
It’s the perfect opportunity to round up the gang, get cosy in the bright and contemporary space, sip gorgeous tipples and feast on deliciously fresh fodder.
